Processing Times
All orders are handmade, packed, and shipped from Michigan.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During holidays, special promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) or UPS, depending on the best available rate.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within:
- USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
- UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Errors & Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to USPS or UPS, it is in the carrier’s control.
